Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During shop updates, holidays, or market weekends, processing times may be slightly longer. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail me at contact@cherubfemme.com with your order number!

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

If your order hasn't entered production or been packaged yet, I'll do my best to help! Please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has begun being made or has already been shipped, I'm unable to make changes or cancellations.

Since most products in my store are made to order, I don't accept returns or exchanges at this time. If there's any problem with your order, please e-mail me at contact@cherubfemme.com with your order number. I want you to love what you receive and I'm always happy to help.

I'm so sorry! Please email me at contact@cherubfemme.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the damage, and I'll work with you to make it right.

Every garment fits a little differently, so each product has its own size guide. Be sure to check the measurements on the product page before ordering. Please note that garment measurements may vary by up to 1" from their size chart. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to reach out!

Yes! All stickers are printed on durable waterproof vinyl, making them perfect for water bottles, laptops, journals, and more. While they're weather-resistant, extended outdoor exposure may shorten their lifespan over time.

Our magnets adhere to steel body panels only. Since many modern vehicles use aluminum, fiberglass, or plastic, we recommend testing your vehicle with any household magnet before placing an order.
